Existential Rant

Within the confines of our own minds, we're constantly faced with choices... Existential meltdowns are just around the corner, and the divide between the real and ideal are splintering at breakneck speeds. When we seek solice and it finds us not, how is one to continue? This isn't a cry for help in the least, but a realization of a dire situation. Without getting too complicated, I have found through my life's journey that what we seek usually winds up right in front of us. The question then becomes, how do we grab it? For those saying to themselves; "That's easy, just stick your hand out and grab it!"  Is it really that easy? Are we really ready to get what we want?
Over the holiday season I've been doing a lot of thinking... A lot of thinking about nothing, and a lot of thinking about things that don't really matter in the scheme of things... My vibe is light but pensive, and my mind is flooded with endless possibilities and a myriad of solutions. To what? You may ask. Solutions to me may or may not be solutions to you. Think about it.

In the name of...

Love is patient, love is kind, but it's also tricky as all get out. I'd say I've definitely found love, but the hard part has always been keeping it... Words may work for a while, and she may grow bored of cash, I can satisfy her but I can't be with her 24\7. So what to do with the rest of that time? I could easily preoccupy myself with this and that, but deep down her presence is my true desire. Books may educate me, and experiences may teach me but as we all know, life & love are unpredictable. I doubt she'll see this, but there's also a chance she might. My heart's still invested, but we still need to talk. Call me 😇

"Oh how I love baseball"

Conflicting with most influences around me, baseball is my sport of choice (aside from golf of course). The atmosphere is family friendly, relaxing, and there are often very little fatal consequences for what is deemed friendly competition. There's also solice in knowing what goes on on the field, stays on the field (and is less likely to bleed into every other aspect of one's life). With that being said, it was a pleasure to play in Jacob's field (now deemed Progressive field) for the All-Star game. Thanks again Indians fans and supporters.

I think I've stumbled upon another hidden treasure :D The holidays brought good tidings as I'm 7.8 Mega Pixels richer according to the vast world of digital film lol. Although this hand-held lacks the versatility and customization offered by The Flip and Flip Ultra, it sure makes up for it in HD! :P Plug-ins allow for DC power, AV connections, HDMI input, as well as an easy access USB port. Now all I need to do is find something to film. Hmmmmm, Music video anyone?
